All rates are in US dollars, per night based on double occupancy, dives, transport, taxes/gratuities need to be added.

Dive gratuities are not included in any pricing. Rates are subject to change
Additional People:
- 15 years old and up - an additional $67.50 per night for cabana and breakfast
- 7 years old to 14 years old - an additional $36 per night for cabana and breakfast
- 6 years old and under – FREE
Breakfast:
- Hot Buffet Breakfast served at Hi Tide Restaurant or Um Um’s Bar and Lounge
Cabana Capacity:
- 3 adults maximum (1 queen size bed and 1 futon) or/ 2 adults and 2 children
Taxes:
In addition to the rates above, the Government of Bermuda charges a 7.25% Occupancy Tax to be paid by our guests.
Gratuity Charge:
A 15% Gratuities Charge will be added to all the charges at the Resort, which is then shared among the 9 Beaches staff members, extra tipping is at the complete discretion of the guest if exemplary service is provided.
Minimum Stays:
No minimum stay requirements for cabana and breakfast rates. A 3 night minimum stay is required for cabana, breakfast, and dinner plan, and over USA and Bermuda Public Holidays.
Deposits & Cancellations:
A 2-night deposit per cabana is required to confirm a reservation; due to our small size, cancellations affect us deeply. We therefore must adhere to a strict cancellation policy. Deposit will be forfeited for “no shows” and/or cancellations received within 21 days of arrival.
Each cabana has a queen size bed and a futon.
The futon can be pulled out and used as an extra sleeper
